Airbus UK Broughton have flown out from the airfield in Broughton heading for Norway. Tonight they will be training ready for the match on Thursday at the Haugesund Stadium.
Manager Andy Preece stated, 'The players are determined that they can win but know the tie will be difficult due to the quality of the opposition and the league they play in.'
The Airbus UK players have been going through extra preparations through their training this week and have been studying FC Haugesund last match against Rosenborg BK which they lost 5-3.
Preece brought to our attention that, 'The lads are hoping that the opponents have lost confidence following their defeat to Rosenborg especially having led the game 3-2 at one stage before finally losing 5-3. Doubts could be in their mind and we've got to capitalise on that and we have the belief following our first leg efforts.'
Airbus UK were left regretting missed chances as they only secured a draw against FK Haugesund at the Book People Stadium last Thursday night.
Airbus took the lead after 29minutes as Jordan Johnson took full advantage of Chris Budrys’ efficient build up play but 2 minutes before the break Daniel Jose Bamberg beat James Coates from 20 yards to secure an important away goal for the Norwegian outfit.

Haugesund grew in confidence during the second half but chances were few and far between for either side. Daniel Jose Bamberg almost took the victory for FC Haugesund but Coates pulled off a fantastic save with 4 minutes remaining.
