Tuesday Night Previews

Afan Lido (Lido Afan) v Aberystwyth - ko 7.30

Aberystwyth have won 4 of their 5 matches since Christmas including a 5-1 Welsh Cup victory over the Lido at Park Avenue 2 weeks ago. However the home side will draw great confidence from the fact that they won their last league meeting between both clubs 2-1. Afan Lido haven’t played a game since their Cup defeat at Aberystwyth.

Mae Aberystwyth wedi ennill 4 o’u 5 gêm ers y Nadolig – gan gynnwys buddugoliaeth swmpus o 5-1 yn erbyn Lido yng Nghwpan Cymru ar Goedlan y Parc. Nid yw Lido Afan wedi chwarae ers y golled honno – ond byddant yn hyderus o berfformio’n well ar eu tomen eu hunain gan iddynt guro Aber o 2-1 yn eu gêm Gynghrair ddiwethaf ar y Marston’s.

Gap Connah’s Quay (Gap Cei Connah) v Prestatyn - ko 7.45

This game could prove to be crucial for both teams when the season is concluded as Gap need a victory to claw themselves back to within 4 points of Prestatyn and ultimate safety. At present the Seasiders are 5 points behind Aberystwyth who currently occupy the 7th position.

Gall yr ornest hon brofi i fod yn gwbl allweddol pan ddaw’r tymor i ben. Mae angen buddugoliaeth ar Gei Connah i gau’r bwlch rhyngthyn nhw a Phrestatyn sy’n y 10fed safle ar hyn o bryd i 4 pwynt. Chwilio am fuddugoliaeth eu hunain fydd Lee Jones a’i dîm gan eu bod 5 pwynt y tu ôl i Aberystwyth – sy’n y 7fed safle hollbwysig – ar hyn o bryd.
