Ryan Edwards signs for The New Saints
The Nomads can confirm two departures from Deeside Stadium along with two loanees this transfer window.
Young midfielder Ryan Edwards has signed a full time professional contract with league-leaders The New Saints. The 19 year old academy graduate broke into The Nomads' first team last season, and has since made 32 (+8) appearances in the Welsh Premier League, scoring three goals, including his Goal of the Month strike against Bala Town in February 2013.
Having signed his new contract, Ryan said; "I'm so happy to have signed for TNS - to be given the opportunity to play professional football was a no brainer for me.
"The Nomads have been great to me and I can't thank them enough. I wish them all the best for the rest of the season, and I'll do my best to get to some of the games so this isn't the last you'll see of me!"
The other full-time departure is Mark Smyth, who started eight games in the Welsh Premier League this season, netting the winner against Bala Town. The ex-Bangor man failed to make a noticable impact in his time at Deeside and has returned to Prestatyn Town.
Despite many strong performances last season including a few goals, Wynne has found first team opportunities limited this season.
Everall meanwhile hasn't quite lived up to his pre-season form which saw him bag four goals in seven games forming a strong partnership with Mike Hayes, but has since found the back of the net only once from 13 starts this season.
We hope that a move to Penycae will give both players valuable experience in the Welsh footballing pyramid said a club statement.
