Craig Williams scored two and won the penalty for Aber
In a five-goal thriller at Park Avenue, the hosts claimed the three points thanks to a Craig Williams double, which sends the Seasiders back into the top six.
Aber were denied the opener inside 20 minutes when Stuart Jones' header was cleared off the line by the Rhyl defence.
But, it was the Lilywhites who took the lead in the 23rd minute when a corner was turned into his own net by Aber skipper Stuart Jones after a Jason Oswell header.
There were chances at both ends for Aber's Williams and then Ryan Astles for the visitors, but it was Aber who claimed the next goal to level things up. The dangerous winger Williams was brought down inside the box and Aber's leading scorer Chris Venables converted the spot-kick.
After the interval, Aber scored twice in four minutes to lay claim on the game. The ex-TNS and Llanelli winger Williams scored them both; the first with a skilful overhead kick inside the six-yard box from a Venables assist and the second after he latched on to another smart Venables pass.
Greg Strong made three substitutes to change the game and his third had an immediate impact. Tom Roberts replaced veteran Mark Powell on 81 minutes and within the next minute, the ex-TNS winger pulled one back for the Lilywhites with a well hit strike from twenty yards. There was no dramatic finale for the visitors though, as Aber hung on to win and claim a creditable double over Strong's outfit.
