Chris Simm has left Bangor City and joined Airbus UK.

The 29 year old who scored 21 League goals in 30 appearances finished as the Corbett Sports WPL's second leading goal scorer during the 2012/13 season.

Simm scored a League hat-trick in Bangor's 3-2 victory at Broughton in September and another in Bangor's 2-0 victory at the Book People Stadium in November. Ironically it was another Simm strike which ended Airbus' Welsh Cup run last season in the Quarter Finals.

Andy Preece - who was manager of Worcester City -tried to sign him when he was at Leigh RMI and has finally got his man. The Airbus boss told the club's website:

Dywedodd Andy Preece wrth wefan Airbus : ' Gwell hwyr na hwyrach ac mae o'n dal i allu sgorio goliau'n rhwydd'.
