Datganiad gan Uwch Gynghrair Cymru – Corbett Sports am Gap Cei Connah
Mae Panel Disgyblu Cymdeithas Bêl-droed Cymru wedi dyfarnu bod Gap Cei Connah’n euog o chwarae chwaraewr anghymwys.
Penderfynodd y Panel y dylai Gap Cei Connah golli pwynt Cynghrair a thalu dirwy o £250 am y drosedd o chwarae Lee Davey fel eilydd hwyr yn eu gêm yn erbyn Caerfyrddin (5/1/13).
‘Roedd Davey eisoes wedi chwarae dros Fae Colwyn a Chonwy y tymor hwn a thra fod ganddo berffaith hawl i gofrestru i Gap Cei Connah – nid oedd ganddo’r hawl chwarae i dri thîm gwahanol yn ystod yr un tymor.
Mae gan Gap Cei Connah saith diwrnod busnes i apelio’n erbyn y penderfyniad ac mae ganddynt berffaith hawl i ddilyn y trywydd hwnnw. Mae Uwch Gynghrair Cymru – Corbett Sports yn berffaith ymwybodol y gall hyn amharu ar ddechrau ail ran y tymor.
