Having been 3-0 behind with 13 minutes left - Prestatyn Town secured an unlikely point at a wet and windy Book People Stadium on Friday night.
Although the strong wind favoured the visitors in the first half - it was the home side that managed to convert their chances.
The swrling wind contributed greatly to the opening goal on 14 minutes. Sion Edwards lofted his free kick towards the Prestatyn goal and Lee Kendall - making his debut for the visitors - slipped - and could only watch in vain as the ball crossed the line.
4 minutes later, Les Davies beat the 31 year old keeper from close range to double Bangor's lead which pleased the vast majority of the 782 crowd at Nantporth.
The match - which was the only top flight fixture played in Europe on Friday night - continued in difficult conditions after the break and Jason Price went close early on for the Seasiders before Andy Parkinson forced a top notch save from Lee Idzi after 65 minutes.
5 minutes later - following a scramble in the Prestatyn penalty area - Peter Hoy reacted quickly and fired a third goal past Lee Kendall seemingly securing the points for Bangor City.
The visitors however kept working hard but Michael Parker failed to convert from 3 yards to register an immediate reply for his side - the influential midfielder once again thwarted by Idzi - for the time being.
With 13 minutes remaining - the comeback began when Jason Price diverted Andy Parkinson's 20 yard effort past Idzi to make it 3-1.
The same combination crafted another goal for Prestatyn in the final minute. A good run and cross by Parkinson was smartly converted by Price and the visitors wasted no time looking for the third goal.
That goal came in the third minute of injury time as Michael Parker kept his head to slot the ball past Lee Idzi - leaving the Nantporth crowd stunned and the Prestatyn fans in seventh heaven.
The two dropped points leave Neville Powell's team 7 points behind league leaders The New Saints -but having played one game less than the Oswestry outfit.
