Aber emphasise the Value of Football in WPL

Following on from the BBC Study into the price of football in the English and Scottish football systems, we would like to show just how good value football can be, watching Aberystwyth Town in the Welsh Premier League.

As the club with the cheapest entry in the Welsh Premier League, Aberystwyth Town offer excellent value for money, with gate prices only £5, cheaper than any of the male teams listed on the BBC Website. Programme’s are also good value, at just £1.50. With Tea available at the ground for just 80p, good value anywhere in 2012, and pies at £2, the total day out at Park Avenue is just £9.30! Great value!

With current league champions The New Saints visiting Park Avenue this Friday, why not come and check it out. With former Welsh international Steve Evans, and numerous current Welsh Semi-Pro players including Aberystwyth’s Jordan Follows playing, bring yourselves, bring your mates and come down on Friday, with kick off at 7.30pm, and still have change from a tenner!
