Aberystwyth Town Chairman, Tony Bates has given under pressure manager, Tomi Morgan a vote of confidence.
The Seasiders are rock bottom of the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League at present with only one league victory recorded.
Mr Bates told the Cambrian News newspaper:
"I do not believe in making knee-jerk reactions...and I am certainly not considering any change of manager at this stage of the season,"
"We are only a quarter of the season through and we are looking to the long term future of the club.
"There are a number of young players coming through into the first team.
"We have seen other clubs like Barry, Rhyl, Neath and Llanelli get into serious financial trouble, but we’re trying to compete as a local club and are glad to have a local manager."
"We've had an extremely disappointing season and while not making any excuses for the poor results thus far, the first team’s lack of form in some matches has obviously been exacerbated by the number of long term injuries to our small squad," Bates added.
