Bangor City FC have confirmed the signings of Joel Bembo-Leta and Yves Zama ahead of the second phase of the JD Welsh Premier League season.
The versatile Bembo-Leta is an imposing 6'2" defender who can play across a range of positions including centre back, defensive midfield and right back. Congolese-born Bembo-Leta began his career with Stalybridge Celtic where he made over 150 appearances, scoring six goals.
The 25 year-old has also enjoyed spells with Curzon Ashton, Colwyn Bay, Marine, Buxton and Droylsden before signing for Altrincham in July 2017. Bembo-Leta made 20 appearances for the Evo-Stik Premier League leaders this season before transferring to Witton Albion in December.
The 23 year-old striker Yves Zama joins from Evo-Stik North club Ramsbottom United. Zama has previously played for Hesketh Bank, Nelson, Bacup Borough and Burscough and caught the attention of Southport's management team in a pre-season friendly against the latter before signing for the Sandgrounders in August 2017.
