Bala Town goalkeeper Ashley Morris joined the Lakesiders from Llanelli in the summer of 2012. He has been an influential member of the squad since, playing 24 times in the WPL in 2016/17 and winning the Welsh Cup for the first time in the club's history. Morris was outstanding in the Final versus TNS and was voted Man of the Match.
The Merthyr Town youth product spent three season at Stebonheath and has also represented Wales at Semi Pro and Under 21 level. The experienced shot stopper won Bala Town's Committees' Player and Player of the Year in his first season at Maes Tegid. Ash and his defence had the 2nd lowest goals against rate in the WPL last campaign.
