Fixture Type: Welsh Premier League

A brilliant strike from Paul Keddle after 12 minutes earned Newtown a 1-0 victory over Prestatyn and moved the club up into second place in the Welsh Premier League with seven points from three starts.
Keddle surged forward from his left back role to cut into the Prestatyn box and unleash an unstoppable shot past visiting 'keeper John Hill-Dunt.
Both clubs finished the game with 10 men with Mike Jackson and Ian Griffiths harshly sent off in inury time by referee Bryn Markham-Jones.
From then on it was largely a rearguard action for the Robins with manager Andy Cale continually prompting from the sidelines as his new side earned their second clean sheet of the season.
