Honours Even at Park Avenue between Aber and Nomads

Aber's squad was rocked by the late news that Christian Edwards was still injured from Saturday's game, so this handed reserve team player Adam Hall, a seat on the bench.

Aber went one goal up through Colin Reynolds, from a Sion James flick on from a corner. This put Aber in a strong position with just 14 minutes on the clock, with Aber putting pressure on Connah's Quay. The second half saw Dave Roberts pulling off some great saves. Graham Evans had a good chance with a one on one but took too many touches and lost the opportunity.

Adam Hall then had his debut for Bari Morgan on 67 minutes, with Tom Bradshaw also getting on for Graham Evans, 81 minutes. This provided a younger looking Aber squad. There was pressure from Connah's Quay throughout the second half though, and they scored on 83 minutes. Liam Loughlin scored with a looping shot from the edge of the area after looking lively all game.
